What is SS Hexagonal Rod used for?

316 vs 304 Stainless Steel Hex Bar
The primary difference between 316 Stainless Steel Hex Bar and 304 Stainless Steel Hex Bar are in their chemical composition. The ss 304 material consists of 18% chromium, and 8% nickel, whereas the ss 316 material has 16% chromium, 10% nickel, and 2% molybdenum. The addition of the molybdenum helps to enhance the corrosion resistance properties of the 316 Stainless Steel Hex Bar.
