Galvanized sheet refers to a steel plate coated with a layer of zinc on the surface,Galvanizing is an economical and effective an-rust method which is often used.

By galvanized, it can be to prevent corrosion on the surface of the steel sheet and prolong its sevice life. the surface of the steel sheet is coated with  a layer of metai 

zinc. this kind of galvanized steel sheet is called galvanized sheet.

According to the production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following types.

1)Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet

2)Alloyed galvanized steel sheet

3)Electro-galvanized steel sheet

4)Single-sided and double-sided differential galvanized steel sheet

5)Alloy, composite galvanized steel sheet

In addition to the above five types, there are color galvanized steel sheet, printed coated galvanized steel sheets, and PVC laminated galvanized steel sheets.

But currently the most commonly used  is still hot-dip galvanized sheet.

Appearance:

1) Surface conditon:because the different treatment methods in the coating process , the surface condition of the galvanized sheet is also differenent, such as ordinary spangle,

fine spangle, flat spangle,zinc-free spangle, and phosphated surface.

2) The galvanized sheet should have a good appearance, and should not have defects harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating,holes,cracks and scum,excessive plating 

thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust,etc. Foreign standards are not very clear about specific appearance defects, some specific defects should be listed in the contract

when ordering.
